A. Use of the Site & Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to make reservations for our rooftop lounge or book any associated luxury accommodations.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the reservation or booking process.

B. Restaurant & Lounge Reservations

Dress Code: Lambre Rooftop maintains a smart-casual/elegant dress code. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with venue policies.
Alcohol Policy: In compliance with local regulations, alcoholic beverages and signature cocktails will only be served to individuals aged 18 or older with valid government-issued identification.

C. Cancellations and No-Shows

Reservations for dining or accommodation are subject to specific cancellation windows detailed at the time of booking. Failure to cancel within the specified window or a "no-show" may result in a forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

D. Limitation of Liability

Lambre Rooftop, its directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, restaurant services, or accommodation facilities.
